I really wanted to like this and figured it would at least make my hair feel a little softer or give it some shine. Apparently that was asking too much. After using it, my hair actually felt kind of rough, and the “shine” was basically nowhere to be found unless flat and dull counts. Maybe it works miracles for someone else, but for me it was just a waste of money. Definitely won’t be buying it again.

I tried Keratherapy because I was really hoping it would live up to the price, but it was just okay. My hair did feel a little smoother, but not enough for what I paid. When I asked about it, I basically got the usual policy excuse, which was frustrating because it didn’t really address the fact that the results weren’t anything special. I’ve used cheaper products that worked about the same. Not a terrible product, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money

I really wanted Keratherapy to be the thing that finally kept my hair smooth for more than a few days, so at first I was kind of happy. My hair looked nicer right after, felt softer, and I was like, okay, maybe this was worth it. But then after a couple of washes, that hopeful feeling flipped fast because the frizz started coming back like usual.

It didn’t damage my hair or make anything worse, so I’m not angry about it, just disappointed. For the price, I expected the smoothing to last longer. Maybe it works great for someone else’s hair, but mine basically went right back to being puffy, which was frustrating after getting my hopes up

I bought this thinking it would be something I could handle at home, but it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. The texture was hard to spread evenly, and I felt like I was battling with it the whole time instead of just applying it.
The instructions didn’t help much either, so I kept stopping and wondering if I was doing it right. By the end, everything felt messy and stressful, and I was frustrated. I personally wouldn’t use it again.

So… my hair still gets a little puffy when it’s super humid out, but this has made my frizz way easier to manage. I wasn’t expecting a miracle or anything, but yeah… I’m happy with it.

The slow shipping gave me a bad first impression. The package took quite a while to show up, and while customer service did respond, they weren’t exactly super helpful. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it didn’t really make me feel great about ordering again either.

The smell was just okay for me. It came off a little too strong, and it’s not really my favorite. The whole experience felt impersonal too, like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer...

I’m disappointed. After spending that much, I really expected it to hold up better, but it only lasted a couple of washes before it started wearing out. Maybe I got a bad one, but I can’t be the only one who expected more, right?
